This policy explains how Shanxi Glassworks handles personal information submitted through this website.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry we collect the details you enter (name, email, company, country, phone, quantity and message), the page you sent it from, campaign parameters in the URL, your IP address and browser type. If analytics is enabled we use Google Analytics to measure site usage.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to your inquiry, prepare quotations and manage orders. We may share product requirements (not your contact details) with factories to obtain quotations. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed for business correspondence and legal obligations, and deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing sherman@shanxiglassworks.com.

Cookies

The website does not set advertising cookies. Only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics to measure visits, and store in your browser’s local storage the page and campaign through which you first arrived, so we know where an inquiry came from. If you reject, neither is used; we only remember your choice. You can change it at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Third-party services

Inquiry forms are delivered by Web3Forms (email) and stored in Google Sheets. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which is governed by its own privacy policy.
